Moving to the TCRSD area?
Call to see if the sewer is available at your new location if it is not already on the district sewer. If you are building a new home and the sewer is available to you, you will be issued a permit and will be given the district specifications on pipes and tank size, if needed. Permits are $100.00. You will then be charged a Capital Fee of $3300.00 and a Availability Fee of $2500.00. This charge will be reflected after final inspection by the district, on your first monthly bill. If a tank is needed you will required to acquire an easement through our office. The easement fee is $300.
