Moving to the TCRSD area?

Call to see if the sewer is available at your new location. If you are building a new home or commercial property and the sewer is available to you, you will need to purchase a permit at a cost of $100. You will also be given the district specifications on pipes and tank size.  You will then be charged a Capital Fee of $3300.00 and a Availability Fee of $2500.00. This charge will be appear, after final inspection by the district, on your first monthly bill.  If a tank is needed you are required to acquire an easement through our office.  The easement fee is $300.
