Black Point Project:
In 1994 the District began plans for what became known as the “Black Point Area Project” or “BPA” which consisted of sewering the following areas counter clockwise around the lake: Waveland Beach, Waveland Cove, Crow’s Nest, Cedar Point, Elmgrove, Stroh’s Addition, the Pines, Johnson Bay Marina area (now condominiums) and certain portions of Enchanted Hills.
The Black Point Project was completed in 1996.
